How to turn a SWF into a standalone game?

So i know that its possible to dl a swf and then use your browser to play it. However, does anyone else remember Creeper World Training Sim? there was both the flash online game and then the standalone version. How do you turn an swf into a standalone?

I'm assuming, of course, that you actually have the swf file on your computer.
You can:
a)Run it with a decompiler
b)Run it with a Projector/Content Debugger (see here)
c)Turn it into a FLA and run it with a Adobe Flash Player
d)This or this

I personally run it in sothink, it's a good sized screen which you can change to any size you like.
