That might do it. The chat runs on a non-web port, so it's plausible they'd block it. The website runs on standard HTTPS port, so there's no realistic reason why they'd be blocking that, since most content is SSL now a days. Could be due to the domain name having "war" in it and them blocking it.

Minor bug: when clicking on Water or a special terrain, I'll get this nice black pointer popup saying what it is, but when I go on to do other actions and the map scrolls, the pointer stays where it is. Probably best to clear them when scrolling the map, unless it's easy to pan them to the appropriate new location? |

99.9% of the games we hack are hackable because they are loaded client side (that is, they're loaded on your PC) and we modify the way the stuff on your computer is operating.
