Delete your KongHack account

Use this page to request permanent deletion and anonymization of your KongHack account.

What happens

  • Your email address, birth date, profile information, credentials, sessions, and connected accounts are removed.
  • Your account can no longer be used to sign in or recovered.
  • Public forum posts, reviews, and other community contributions remain under the anonymous name Ghost Account so conversations remain coherent.
  • Quoted text and replies written by other members may remain. You may separately ask us to review content containing personal information.
  • Limited financial, fraud-prevention, moderation, and audit records may be retained when reasonably necessary.

Requests are reviewed by a KongHack administrator and are normally processed as promptly as reasonably possible.

We will send a confirmation link to the email address already associated with the account.
