Rogue Soul II

This is a very fun game but extemely challenging to 100% legit. If you didn't like the original unfortunately I don't think this will be any better for you, but if you enjoy sidescrolling platformers along with some fun boss fights and challenges I recommend this game for you. There is a very brief tutorial at the beginning of the game because the controls are quite basic and as you gain new abilities you learn the simple controls for them at the beginning of the level. Even though the game can be quite frustrating it is also very enjoyable to play without hacks. The graphics are nothing extraordinary but they also are not terrible, they are exactly what you would expect with a sidescroller, since the details are not extremely important as you race past the enemy guards and wizards. There is a great variety of enemies from basic spearmen, to wizards, to assassins and even unique bosses. The first boss is a dark knight, followed by a flying boss who drops TNT. The final boss is a dark wizard who throws tons of fireballs at you which you will have to dodge if you want to survive.The challenges in this game are also fun. There is a loot collecting challenge, a hunting challenge, an acrobatic challenge, and a marksman challenge. The loot collecting challenge is basic, just collecting all the coins in a set area, while the hunting challenge is killing all the enemies in a certain area. The acrobatic challenge is more interesting where you use all the skills for moving that you learn within the game to collect feathers in hard to reach places, and the marksman challenge is using your ranged attack to hit targets scattered throughout an area. Overall I enjoyed this game, but at the end with endless mode it becomes extremely difficult.
