The "Chest drops are always highest rarity" is somewhat bugged. It turns all the drops into "Swords of a 10,000 Cuts", which although of the highest rarity, doesn't allow you to get other type of items whatsoever.


No number of hacks, good or bad, can replace Common Sense.
If you don't know how to use a hack, don't complain about them. Ask first, then complain.
