Or just set speedhack x200 and wait through the lag, dodge twice, done.

The last medal is impossible also speedhack won't work for me its still the same speed.

Then you selected the wrong process.  Are you sure speedhack isn't working? The gameplay appears the same, however the distance traveled increments incredibly fast.

The last medal is obviously not impossible, since several people have it already.
