All medals are obtained for killing the characters in both games and are achievable with some quick reflexes or speedhack. The three secrets are all in the "PDS" game: first, click the grenade Strawberry Clock drops after you kill him; second, simply wait after you kill Bitey and you'll see an extra scene; and third press the spacebar again after you kill the blue stickman.
