I don't think this does what it was supposed to do, but if you scare one person he's not gonna leave and the people in the house meter will go down quite fast:

You can still scare them into leaving the house, just scare them until they scream and they will slowly walk out.

Well, this over here does the trick. You might wanna use it with the other AoB, since that one makes you scare people a LOT faster.
