2 medals worth 35 points total. You'll have to complete the game twice to get both medals. The walkthrough is mostly the same, I'll only change the actions in the first scene but the rest of the game is the same (with one exception). I know it seems long, but it's really not that bad.

To get the How 'Bout 2 Days? medal:
* Click the mop
* Use the mop on the chamber pot
* Use the mop on the dirt
* Click on the clock
* Click on the scarecrow
* Click on the onion
* Use your clothes on yourself
* Exit the prison grounds

To get the Saw That Coming medal:
* Click the mop
* Use the mop on the loose brick
* Use the mop on the chamber pot
* Use the mop on the dry dirt
* Click on the wet dirt
* Click on the scarecrow
* Click on the onion
* Use the scarecrow on yourself
* Click on the bush
* Use the scarecrow on the bed
* Click on the hole
* Use scarecrow clothes on yourself
* Exit the prison grounds

The rest of the walkthrough:

* Click on the town square
* Use the mop on the well
* Talk to the job board lady
* Talk to the job board lady again and take a job (either one)
* Exit the town

Only do this part if you're going for the Saw That Coming medal:
* Click on the prison
* Click on the prison main entrance
* Click on your belongings
* Exit the prison

* Use the canteen on the litter box
* Use the scarecrow on the corpse

* Exit the dragon's den
* Click on the magic shop
* Use the dragon water on the wizard
* Exit the magic shop
* Click on the town square
* Click on the job board lady
* Mute the game
* Click on the job board lady again and take the only remaining job
* Exit the town
* Click on the magic shop
* Use the gold on the haste scroll
* Exit the magic shop
* Click on the inner gate
* Use the haste scroll on the clock
* Click on the guard
* Either exit the inner gate or continue through, it doesn't matter
* Click on the castle
* Use the wand on the black wizard
* Use the wand on the prince

Note that you do have a limited amount of time to use your wand, so do it quickly.
