If level = 5 1:

Directions:
1.) Change the "If level..." AoB, play level 1, get medal.
2.) Refresh.
3.) Change the "If level..." AoB, replace the "Elmina Castle" AoB with the "Paris Catacombs" AoB, play level 1, get medal.
4.) Refresh.
5.) Repeat step 3 with the next medal AoB.
6.) Refresh and repeat until you have all 6 medals.
