I used the sol file posted and finished the available missions but i cannot seem to figure out how to unlock the Destroy V mission.  if anyone has a completed sol or knows how to unlock it, would be much appreciated.

Requirements for missions are specified in mission description for Destroy V its "Reach designated altitude without taking any damage"

I do hope someone else will post a finished .sol, I just hate the cargo missions (broken image removed).

SOL with 100% completion and no suspicious scores in the high-score list. Start a game and click on "Self Destruct".

There appears to be a problem with the hard badge because the game is not submitting the "Mars reached" stat (which exists in the SOL). According to the comments on Kong, other users are also experiencing this problem, so it has nothing to do with the save. You can try to land on Mars yourself, the last upgrade gives invincibility and unlimited fuel.
EDIT: You have to land on Mars yourself, and it seems that you can not use the PowerMode upgrade. Use lol wut's AOBs instead (takes ~5 min).

Looks like invincibility doesn't let you off the hook for unlocking Destroy V.  You'd still need to avoid collisions to count for that.

Mine unlocked Destroy V using invincibility (was not using unlimited fuel though). YMMV.
