It depends on how much tickets you buy and how much other people buy.

You titled this thread just "KongHack". Then, you set it as Information and posted it in the KHUT forum. This shows that you're a fucking retard.
The odds of winning the KH Lotto are based on the number of tickets sold. Someone always wins every week. It's more of a raffle than a lotto.
