This game is easy to cheat with Charles proxy. Not sure for cheat engine though... 

EDIT: I have decided to throw together a quite large step by step on how to hack this game using charles proxy. I am not sure if it will fit in my comment but let's see.

Step 1: Open Charles proxy

Step 2: Launch the game via firefox or Google chrome

Step 3: Once the game has loaded look at charles proxy for an address called "https://api-aow3.galapagosgames.com"

Step 4: Right click the address and select "Breakpoints" then reload the game.

Step 5: Once the game has loaded look at charles for incoming packets.

Step 6: Keep clicking approve on the "Request" packets until you get the right "Response" packet listing a folder called "result" on the "Json" tab

Step 7: Once you see the "result" folder click the "+" arrow to open it then do the same for the "data" folder

Step 8: Open the follow folders "skills > data" "resources > data" 

Step 9: In the data folder of the resources you will see the following names:
MoneyResource
SpecResource
SkillResource
BattleResource
ExpResource
TravelResource

If you look on the far right of each one you will see the current amount you have in-game. You can change those to 999999999 by double clicking the numbers.

After you change every single one you can then click the "approve/ok" button on the packet to let the game load with your choice of values.

Step 10 (Optional): You don't have to do this if you don't want to but if you want to continue before clicking the "approve/ok" button

In the data folder of the skills folder you will see the following names:
CannonRecharge
Luck
Agility
Charism
CritRate

Change the numbers on each one to 9 (9 is max)

After that click the "Approve/Ok" button to let the game load with your current values.
