This is a very nice game, somehow typical of IriySoft. Of course it has some flaws that IriySoft say they will/can fix yet they don't. Still, as I said before, it is a very nice game and worth the play.

It is a strategy game with a storyline about how a corrupt Empire started using Necromancy for their own needs, which created the Army of the Undead and that way they lost all forms of lives and they're simply a bunch of dominant undeath. You can play as the Westarians, they're like the Templar-Knights in real life (Strong and extremely devoted to their beliefs) or as The Crimson Horde, a bunch of barbarians or/and tribals that decided to use Necromancy too. You can also be as the Icedales cult, they're mostly magicians, rebels, engineers and revolutionaries that simply want to stop the Empire's threat to achieve peace (Or maybe something more sinister, you know, peace groups are liars too)

In gameplay terms, it's pretty much very similar to those where you wait for a base to fill up with numbers and then send those numbers somewhere else. Oh wait, that's not it at all. In here, you create units via bases and you also capture mines, towers, etc to create bases and get resources. There's also a population limit. For me, this is an innovative gamestyle for Flash games, but I dunno if this is actually an old "style", I do know I found it for the first time in here. One of the flaws is that there's some unbalance with the races, but the worst is the pathing, it just gets easily screwed up.

Graphics are very nice, it seems that IriySoft either, improved and got better at making 2.5D style graphics, or got worse and instead of the gritty retro graphic style they use a wanky cartoony thingy...py. You do get to see your units attacking another unit, but it has some Age of Empires II feeling to it; When you attack, you don't attack, it's RIGHT when you're about to hit. Strange shit huh?

The music and sound is the worst part here. Not tha they're terrible, but the sound is just copied from their other games such as "Don't Touch My Gems!". The music is also very nice and original, but it gets easily repetitive and I don't think anybody likes that.

Replayability? Well I replayed this game 3 times already. I sure like this game! This is one of the best free online (as in Flash game) RTS games out there, worth a try many times.

Let us get back to races, but this game, more indepth about their gameplay.
Duchy of Westaria; These greenies are pretty much the humans in this game. They are strong in Cavalry and especially Infantry, but somewhat weak in Archers. Their infantry can get shields that heavily dampen ranged attack, and it's passive! Not just that, they get nigh invulnerable when you get the Legionnaires. Best tactic of these guys? Legionnaires and Archers. Their cavalry is great too, but expensive. It's not as great as the Crimson Horde's, though a spam of Champions might mean nothing. Also, their spells are actually the best since you get one that heals your troops AND resurrects them. Great! Right?
Crimson Horde; These reds are the barbarians and shamans of whatever-it-was-called-land. They have a very weak infantry but their archers and cavalry are great. Whatever flaws their infantry have, they're easily replaced by a greater undead horde that are higher in number and, if I remember correctly, cheaper. Best tactic? Well, I hate this race the most so sadly not much I can tell, I'd suggest a mass of infantry and archers, but if you don't mind spending, cavalry, they are great after all. Even if their infantry is kind of bad, they do have some strong ones called "Assassins", best used in a stealthy-but-not-stealthy-way...I'm sure you understand. Their spells are sadly the worst, though they might be better for somebody else. Too many reasons why I hate this group, despite it having red and that's my top favourite colour :(
Icedales Cult; These cyans are pretty much mages, rebels, engineer, inventors and revolutionaries that want to end everything. They have one of the best archers there is and their infantry is good as well, though the cavalry is extremely weak. Actually, at first, they're the weakest race you will ever play as, but when you get the upgrades, which turns most of these units into robots, you'll just LOVE the Icedales Cult! Oh yeah, let me not forget, they got the best mages as well. Too bad the spells are not as good as the Westarians, in my opinion.

Overall, highly recommended for "Simple RTS" lovers.
