You're gonna have to resist my incredibly unfunny review title puns because...Well, I dunno. Whatever, you must resist it or else. "Or else what?"...Well, I dunno.
The 2nd series of the "Bloons Tower Defense" games. What's new? Not much.
Gameplay has only a bit of news. You now got the option to play on Easy, "Med" (Yeah, Med, I'm sure that means Medium, not drugs like in Fallout) or Hard. Each of these difficulties will have different levels and lives. Easy is what appears to be on some sort of sky with clouds as the bloons pathing. The fuck? At first I thought this was ice. Oh, you got 100 lives here. Medium is almost like in the first Bloons, grass. It's NOT the very same level from Bloons TD 1 mind you. In here, you got 75 lives. Hard takes place on a...Cheeseland. Actually I dunno what the fuck it really is, I'm VERY sure it's a desert (Don't make a "dessert" joke here, DON'T) and you got 50 lives in it. Besides, as a bonus "challenge" or "suffer", there are two bloons pathing instead of one, so yeah, you'll get a group of bloons from that area and that area and stuff.
New units? Well, just ONE, the "Boomerang". This is just a monkey that throws a boomerang. It's kind of similar to the good ol' Monkey itself except he now throws stuff that doesn't go straight but in a curvature and then returns (or not). It already has some piercing capability, but to further increase it, upgrade "Multi Target". I don't even know what "Sonic Boom" does. There's also some "tools" called "Road Spikes" and "Monkey Glue". Road Spikes kills some balloons but it doesn't last long and if it survives, it goes away anyway (I just did something with those two words but I dunno what...). Monkey Glue makes some balloons stick near it, so it's useful if you wanna kill a fast balloon with your cannon or something. Exactly the same timeline as the Road Spikes by the way.
Oh by the way, Super Monkey can now use "Laser Eyes", I think this just makes it so he can pierce balloons by 2 or 3. Maybe increase attack rate as well. I don't really know.
There's no music just like on the first one. The sound is EXACTLY just like in the first one. Okay, there IS one new thing that I did notice; Glue has a sound. It's not that new since glue was never on the first one anyway. And no, Boomerang has no sound.
Graphics are just like in the first one, I guess the only news is that there's some "terrain" now, although that probably means nothing. Oh well, at least Super Monkeys with the laser upgrade no longer got that...Kinky...Thing...
So as you can see, nothing too new on Bloons Tower Defense 2. I recommend this one the same way I recommend the first one; Good for boring people that are bored.
