Mad Ceo is definitely not your typical idle game. It's a tycoon-based idle game, which basically makes you the boss that runs a company, and you would grow it and make it bigger.

The playing system is similar to Adventure Capitalist, but it has much more features and updates. The gameplay is simple, you hire a worker, and they generate money. If you generated enough money, you can level them up to generate even more. Every 25 levels, a worker will unlock an upgrade. Upgrades are powerful, as they not increase it exponentially, like leveling up does, but they multiply the worker's current power. Upgrades are divided into two, multipliers and boosters, multipliers will multiply the worker's money generating power, as explained above, and boosters will enhance greatly the worker's output for a brief amount of time. If you had enough money, you can hire even better workers and get better upgrades from them.

There's also a Share system, where if you sell your company you'll get Shares. Selling your company will be available if you reach an amount of level ups, and you'll get Shares in return. Shares permanently increase your revenue and you can use them to buy items in the CEO room. There's 2 rooms, worker's room, where you control the game, and CEO room, where you control the company's features. If you buy an item, your Shares will be deduced, but the item will give you Prestige. A Share will permanently increase your income by 1%, but Prestige will increase it by 10%. There's also a skill tree for the CEO, which increases the efficiency of your whole company.

A new feature includes a mail system, where you'll get free bonuses and gambles to have a chance to double your money or etc., and from the CEO room, you can use the computer to play the stock market. From there you could buy and sell stocks or items, and get more money, if you're more of an active player. There's also a premium currency named Crystals, it'll give you a more convenient and easier gameplay, such as time travelling (you instantly generate money equivalent to the money per second of each worker), permanent income multiplier, and instantly double your cash. They also released a new update which allows you to feature yourself as the CEO, for a price, of course.

In overall, this game is a terrific idle game if you're a casual gamer, who needs something to do in between games or activities. It's on Kongregate, and oh boy.. isn't it addictive.
