Malewarebytes is an anti malware not an anti virus it does not search for worms or trojans and the such. As for anti virus I personally suggest Avast. The combination of malware and avast I feel work really well together to cover all of your bases. The one I would like to mention that you should not get is Norton as it lets too much through and is known to fail.
