how Khonghack pick an avatar ?

Hello there !

I'm new on Konghack (and not english mother speaker so I'm apologize for my grammar and spelling) and I've an existential question (Yes I can't sleep until I've the answer). It's not really an "help" question but I don't find other topic to put it in.

How konghack pick an avatar ? Because I never change my avatar (I don't have time for it) and when I check... It's was one of my usual avatar. I've think "oh it's the one attached to my mail" but... I've no avatar attached to my mail...

So I really wan't to know where (and maybe how) KH find my avatar ?

It pulls the avatars from gravatar just like yours as well is from gravatar. People with no avatar on gravatar get those weird looking standard images.

Or you can click on your name in the upper right, click on your avatar, and upload one or hot-link to one.

Just to note, if you're a dumbass and feel the need to hot-link to a google cached image from a fucking google search, it WILL 404 within 24hrs, and I WILL remove your ability to set an avatar (and clear the broken image).  So yeah, don't do that.
