[RESOLVED] KHUT Cant install
Edit: To anyone that has this problem, it's something to do with your UAC (User Account Control)
To fix, simply change it to this option:

Issue: I looked through other threads about this issue but nothing worked - I've tried disabling AV, firewall, and re-installing net framework and the other prerequisites.
