You can freeze the general timer, for example. It is Float*1 in seconds.

Another trick is to freeze abilities or ability timers, also Float*1. If you activate berserk, there is a timer that increases from 0 every second. Freezing it will make you permanently berserk, increasing your stats.
 

Yeah, It resets every run and it doesnt work in "Frozen" areas
 

Regarding skills, I added an AoB that makes you have zero cooldown, and you can even cast the skills in the frozen areas.
