Congratulation! You bumped your first thread for no good reason. The last post was 9 months ago, but that doesn't matter eh? Just bump it even if there are working AOBs.. Its good that you found some AOBs but you could just PM praetor and tell him, that he should edit his post, add your hack and credit you.. but no.. just bump that old shit..

I thought posting it would be a good idea, I understood that if you have a new AoB that works when some others dont you are allowed to post it in the appropriate thread. I dont really understand whats wrong, with posting it, bumping this thread want my interest i just wanted to share it with the community. |

Someone finds a useful contribution, something to add. If praetor would have edited his post, who would notice? it won't attract any new attention. Won't attract new attention=not helpful. I would've understood if Sunny didn't make a useful contribution...but sheesh, it's not like he just bumped the topic for no reason. It isn't considered bumping really...only contributing. I "bumped" the Khronos thread, and didn't get shit for that. Sunny, you're doing great. And yes, you did nothing wrong. |

The topic doesn't need to be bumped to be watched by someone.. whatever. This post was imported from an account that no longer exists! Previous Name: phreneticus |

So according to your logic, we should all PM the TC, whenever we find something.

If the thread is not even a month old, there is nothing bad about it, but if the thread is so dead, that nobody wrote something for almost one year, there is no reason to bump it. Especially if the AOBs are still working. (broken image removed) Lets see what you will say if I go through the Kong section and add new AOBs for every game no matter if the AOBs work and how old the thread is, just bump every fcuking topic. We will see what you will say then. However, if you want to reply to this, please write me a PM. We can continue our discussion there. (broken image removed) No need to spam this thread for that. Fine. If you're writing for a contribution, and you're contribution's valid, it's not bumping.
If one would for example find AoBs for invincibility, and it was an old topic, and you now found an easier hack, that actually works, why not? You're not spamming. That's what you fail to see. If you would just spam random letters, regardless if they work or not, or just "HACKS WORK 7/5!!!!", then you would have a reason to rant about it. Right now you just ranted about someone posting a valid and great hack. 0/5 |

Guys chill out.
I'm pretty sure the rule we established was: You're allowed to bump a topic if you have something useful to contribute (which Sunny provided). Although posting "thanks for bumping a 9-month-old" (or something of the sort, I know I did before, but I stopped after I found out) is annoying and it does bump the topic which needs to die after the contribution. |
