Right, this is a bit of an odd one.

You can find your gold with a simple double*1 and 4byte*1 value. Find them and freeze them to 10000 or something.
To change your water level (the blue bar at the top left of the screen), add an address manually, but as a 4 byte value with the value of the gold in the double value (not the 4byte) and an offset of +7C.
For the yellow bar, do the same, but this time, add a 4byte value, with an offset of +80.

Oh, and it's Country Story.
