play level 1, put 1 or 8 into CE
play level 2, put 2 or 16
repeat until 1-10 values are there, change to max level value and pass level, it should work

I'd just use ragnarok for this, but it never works correctly on this desktop. (vista 64x)

If you know how to change _root variables, you can change the following:

Start first level, pause, find root variable: _level0/:lev , change to 128 and finish first level.

Tried it just now and it works.
