Begin a new game, load CE, set scanning type to Byte.
Choose custom cell, search for one, add a cell, search for two, add a cell, search for three, add a cell, search for 4.
Pick the first address in the list, set it to 1, freeze it. Add as many cells as you want, change it to 4 or higher, unfreeze and start the game.
Sometimes its not the first address, there will always be 4 addresses in the list, so try them all if the first didnt work.

There will be 3 addresses with a similair address and one that is very different, e.g.

009C1986
009C1988
009C1989

and 7FFDCBF8

pick the 7FFDCBF8 one (The one thats different from the others) don't try to search these addresses, its just an example.
