60 medals; that looks to be a new record...

Same as the other two episodes, 4Bytes*8 for HP, MP, Gold, and it can be used to modify the "points" in the minigames. Speedhack is necessary to pause and search for values in the minigames.

Secret Medals:

Pig Molester: Press space at a pig 5 times. Enjoy.
Fatty: Eat a hamburger. Must be done in combat!
Doomsday: Use a Dark Rune in combat.
Pervert: Click boobs 10 times. Wait for them to stop slapping her in the face before you click again though.
Cat Tamer: Learn and use the Meow Meow skill. Requires you to complete the 1st kitten's sidequest.
Narwhal Tamer: Equip the 5th Tier Pirate Gear on Matt or Lance and have it randomly activate.
Slime Splatter: Kill 100 slimes at the load screen. Medal pops up after you have entered a game.
Artist: Obtain enough medals to unlock all (14 total) of the concept art, and view all of the concept art.

Berserker: Have any player enter the Berserk state. This can be cast by allies or enemies.
Learner: Learn a skill.
Shopper: Buy out the equipment shop.
Blacksmith: Upgrade an item to the 5th tier.

Squire: Slay 1st boss. (Jack the robot pumpkin)
Swordsman: Slay 2nd boss. (Giant Squid)
Warrior: Nearly slay the 3rd boss. (Mammoth)
Knight: Slay 4th boss. (Protector)
Lord: Slay 5th boss. (Hydra/dragon)

Genesis: Use Natalie's Genesis Limit Break. (is that sentence legal with all caps?)
Nuke: Use Lance's Nuke Limit Break.
Ragnarok: Use Matt's Ragnarok Limit Break.

Any new hacks for this game? looks like modifying hp/mp causes the game to crash after a few fights, which is annoying. Checked the other forum, and theres only one aob for getting 9999 hp to start the game, but I don't really want to start a new game cause i'm near the end.

I had this problem too. Solution: do not search for HP/MP out of battle, the values will constantly reset/move addresses and freezing them causes the crash.

Finding HP/MP in combat will get you values that you can keep for the whole session.  

Gold can't be changed in battle so you have to locate it, spend it, locate the new address, spend it, until you are happy. (You could always change it to 9999999999 but there are medals associated with the amount of gold you have so be careful)

Won't have a chance to test these tonight, but will they work? I think the ng version is on 0.7 and it looks like these are the same aobs you posted in the kong thread for EBF3. They didn't work yesterday when it was updated to 0.5 and they prob won't work today at 0.7

Is there a Way to get the "Open 150 Treasure Chests"-Badge with .sol or sth else?

Played through with the one-hit-kill AOB but only got 148 chests... dont wanna play it all again^^

You could use the .sol files phreneticus posted here. According to his comment, it should give you the 150 chest medal as well as any other medals you might be missing. In the future, you might want to check the entire thread before asking for a .sol, especially when the thread is only 2 pages long.
