can try just updating version in global.class  not garunteeing it'll work but maybe

We're happy to announce that we just put a new security system in the game that should be automatically catching and dealing with the vast majority of cheaters very quickly, before they have time to attack and harm our legitimate players. Because of this, the majority of reported players sitting in our investigation queue have already been banned - this is a mass response to let you know this, and that we are closing your ticket.

If you still see the player you have reported in the game, here's what to do:
1) Make sure they are ACTIVE in the game. Our system is currently not removing bases immediately after banning a player. So, just because you see the base on the world map doesn't mean the player hasn't been banned. If you see the player talking in chat or you see their fleets moving around, reply back and we'll take a manual look.
2) If the player is still active in the game, please click on their base - we now record and show user ID numbers that you can copy and send to us so that we can easily identify the reported player. Please note that this ID number is NOT the same as the ID number displayed in chat. Just click on the user's base, and underneath their name it will show a number (most likely 6 or 7 digits long). Send that number to us.

Have you guys seen this, So is there a way around this, I just lost both my bases today.  So I am dead in the water till I can Build another base. But Kixeye updated their SWF files.   Anyone got a updated SWF file out yet.

guys can any one give me some idea how not to get banned in battle pirate.
i had 3 acc's and all of them r banned. when ever i uses the hack with a new acc its getting banned.
are they monitoring my ip.

same here i lost all my accounts, all 3 none of them were over the top or majorly pimpish accounts just regular stuff not even everything researched maybe level 25ish

Oddly enough, lost 1 account with no hacks (I think I used AoB once months ago, back in Gyan's days) and my lvl 34 with  raid's hull is still there  :roll:

can nobody find away around this automatic detection system?

same here but its not  because of that, prolly u reloaded ur legit account before clearin ut browser cash, becaause i do have few hacked bases still active so again for all i say even when u log to ur (clean) session make sure ur softs r off ( charles,fiddler,cheatengine...etc) and do clear ur  browser

I have 2 account left right now- First one is a meagerly hacked account thats low level,25) with only upgrading of stuff like warehouses, RGs, labs, etc done. The second I just created today to test a theory- that if you only use the hacks right now to upgrade stuff and not build fleets or get BPs you may get away with using them. But my theory could only be luck- could I get some more people to try this out and post what happened. I will list what I have done so far to my test account-

OP5 is done
All Rgs are level 10
All WHs are level 9
All Labs are level 8 except hull lab- its level 9
All Plats are level 3
Important weapons/hulls/armor based on lab level is researched do not have DU4 and I am manually researching Seawolves
Walls were put to level 3

Like I said I think it is a theory but would like some more feedback to know. I will make a few more accounts today to further test.

It has nothing to do with the browser you are using or wether you cheat or not.  There are some players who are jealous that you've grown and they can stand it.  So they report back to Kixeye.  
For myself, I don't attack too many bases, cause if there is a sh!thole that can't stand his defeat, he'll report you, and that's enough reason for Kixeye to ban you  :cry:

If you mean how to update an old version, go to page 107. Slowmo gave a lesson there.
If you mean to create a new .swf, plenty of tools and links all over this thread.
