Well folks, it's time to clean house.  I'm tired of shit garbaging up the place, bug me not accounts running rampant, and mother fuckers with shit email addresses.
Here's our solution.
1) Our email service has been converted from standard server email to a 3rd party sending service.  We're now using Mandrill for nearly all system emails.  Our broadcast system has been converted as well, which includes the redemption system.
2) The Mandrill service has a bad ass bounce & spam detection system.  Should your email bounce or should you mark us as spam, you will be automatically L2 banned.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
3) The ban checking system has been upgraded and is now firing on all cylinders.  If you've been banned, creating more accounts will result in more bans automatically.  We're sneaky bastards here, and if you're banned, you're going to stay banned.  Fun times. :D
4) We've recently reinstated 4800 member accounts due to the new post points system.  Some have came back, others got nailed with a ban due to bounced emails.  In general though, we do have a higher member count.  It'll drop back off soon due to the daily
5) AOL will be reinstated soon.  That way, fucktards with aol/aim email addresses can sign up again.  It'll widen our userbase by a whopping 5 users, but hey, it's less code and less checks to run in the system.
6) I had something for this, then lost it.  Fuck 6 and whatever it stands for. :P
