PVP 24 is coming. Looks like changes to how Stamina works according to the release. 

In this next PvP Season we have balanced the stamina cost for moves. This will make for a more strategic approach to what attacks to use and when. Heroes that rely on extra turns will drain their stamina faster, which may shake up some of the more popular team configurations. Meanwhile, Heroes that restore stamina and Iso-8 that grants additional stamina will play a much bigger role.
 

Those who got the Inf flight suit will recieve a free Inf EISO as soon as PVP 24 begins.
