The rest is really retarded. Make a giant army (I advice starting on a distinct region) and invade some countries, creating the units and strategies thingies on the provinces that'll be your backend in the future. When you get all the soldier types, make a giant army made of Samurai's and Medics, throw in some Snipers or stuff like that, and only build the Covering Fire as you advance.

Piece of cake.
