Try to clear cache and after the game loaded click on the gold mission/return button, or simply  go to SO missions and open one. That's the first thing you do in the game. After that normal missions will drop them as well.

Its seams that the Iso drops not work anymore or they added some lines in 1034.xml. I found two Hit and Ko values instead of one for the whole xml. 112 had the same 2 values. I changed both of then and I got a black screen, gonna try with only one of the two values and post the results.
