A short-ish tut for those who are too lazy to google it for themselves.

What is the Plugin Container?

The plugin container is a feature implemented into Firefox to prevent plugin related crashes. To do this, some plugin content(videos, swfs, etc) are loaded separately from the browser into the container. As a result, when a plugin crashes, firefox can stay open.

Why should I disable it then?
Depending on your version of firefox, the container does take an extra chunk out of your processing speed. Plus, you won't have to remember to attach Cheat Engine to the plugin container. In addition (if a majority of users do this [unlikely i know]), we don't have to revisit this specific problem with users not being able to use CE solely due to improper attachment.

So how do I disable it?
It's simple
1st: Type about:config into the address bar (ignore the warning and continue)
2nd: In the filer, type in dom.ipc
3rd: In the first five results (dom.ipc.plugin.....) double click each of their values to change true to false and vice versa (opposite of what it originally was)
4:       [m:2yaf6vqz]DoNe  (broken image removed)  DoNe  (broken image removed) DoNe  (broken image removed)[/m:2yaf6vqz]
