Anyone know any hacks for this game?

I saw some videos at youtube ( download some kind of program..blabla) for instant money and cheat engine hack to make you able uprgade more than 5 houses of your friend's city but all of those hack cause "Server out of sync" errors.

So, anyone know something that works?
