Before anyone asks this question again, here is a tutorial how to use Newgrounds medal AoBs.

Let's take the game Tower of Heaven for example.

Medal AoBs
2c 8c 26 - Tenacious Eid (beat a level after dying 5 times)
2c 8c 26 - God Complex (find all 3 secrets)
2c cf 28 - Atop the world (beat the game)
2c d0 28 - Eternal Sancity (game completed with 0 deaths)
2c a2 2c - Indignant Divinity (speedrun finished under 3 minutes)

I added the medal's requirement in order to make it easier to understand.

Let's say we can get the medal "Tenacious Eid" legit but can't get the medal "Atop the world" because we aren't good enough to play the game through.

We switch:
2c 8c 26 (Tenacious Eid)

to:
2c cf 28 (Atop the world)

The requirements don't change if you switch a medal, but the unlocked medal does. Now what we do is the above and after that, we go into a random level, die 5 times and beat it afterwards. Instead of "Tenacious Eid" you will see the medal "Atop the world" popping up and registering on your profile.

I don't get where to find the numbers

Unless you have Sothink SWF Decompiler or other fancy program (even Cheat Engine can do it) you will be unable to look for them. Look for other tutorials to understand what i said
