I dont know if these medals are or arent 0 points, but to pass game safe and sound, search for hitTest and change it to asdf without adding terminator (CE will as if it should add, press no) and when it asks if you want to change lenght, yes you are

Seems to be a glitch.  Play the game and die, you'll get the "Sore Loser" medal.  Then leave the "Play Again" screen up for a few minutes until the music goes crazy and it says "You Win".  Refresh and check your medals, you'll have all 3.  Not sure if there are any others.

Sore Loser - 5 pts.
Halfway - 5 pts.
Master Ghastle - 25 pts.
