You can get one medal for pressing tab, one for pressing tab again on the screen that tells you you're a cheater, one secret on level 2, one secret on level 13, and one on level 30. For the level 2 secret, click in the lower-left corner of the blank box, then click on the right eye (from your perspective) of the face. For level 13, you have to click the corners to make boxes appear; click lower-left, upper-left, upper-right, and lower-right. On level 30, click the gleam on the kukri in the upper-right of the screen; the music will stop, and the screen will slowly dim. Once the music starts up again, you should have the medal.
