Hmm Dunno about story mode, but in classic those AoB's don't work, in fact all they do is block my boost, i.e. I can't use the rocket. Am I doing anything wrong?

Are the AoBs working for you in story mode? If so it's probably another area of the code for each section.

Sol is pretty easy. Change bonus points and buy all the bonus in the bonus shop. Then go for money and upgardes.
You get pretty strong upgrades once you bought the Omegas so that's pretty enough for getting all the badges. |

Personally with fully upped stuff (including Omegas) I have to hold left to circle round to come at the snowman from behind!
Also, beat Classic mode in 5 days and it told me I was cheating when it was completely legit! Check before you post, someone may have beaten you there. |
