It does work but it deleted 2/3rds of everything I had. It also took 4-5 times for it to work.  But its a small price to pay for being able to build again. Once again BE CAREFUL when upgrading.   I found upgrading once and then exiting out of the building then going back and upgrading again. This prevents it from going over the max level.

FIXES IF YOU SCREW UP
The instant upgrade is completely unchecked as long as the upgrade popup is open, so you might break yourself if you upgrade passes max level for a building. If you did accidentally instant upgrade passed the max level here are some fixes.

For Non Town Hall Buildings
Selecting 'Upgrade' Deletes max+ Buildings

Use this code by itself. Select a bugged building and click upgrade. If the building is at or above max level it will be removed. It will open up the normal upgrade screen but the numbers will be flashing 0 since the building already got removed.

Other broken buildings which cause instant crash upon loading
some defense towers and possibly others might not allow the game to load without error if they are above max level. Feel free to PM me the exact error message and if possible the name of the broken building if this is the case and I can work out a custom fix like I had to do once already.

I just tested it along with all the other codes and it allowed me to speed up 7 D.A.V.E even though I only have 59 Shiny.
