When i login it says welcome ion_id"09909a03660eb6933c......... there is a lot of other text but too much to type out and the password is messed up. any suggestions?

try logging out of KBH and Kong, relog into kong then into KBH again, it should fix itself

should i have kong open on the game i want while logged in then log into KBH simultaneously? and while i send the packets as well?
