The following cheat works for:
LP
STR
DEX
MAG
Min/Max AGI
Min/Max AT
----
1. Search for first value of the var you chose, til you get 1 address
2. Find out what access to that address
3. Change the value
4. Pick the one which ends with eax, ebx, ecx, edx, edi, esi.
5. Show disambler, and delete the two lines above the firstly highlighted line.
6. Press enter, type mov (the 3 letter you saw), (The value you want in hex)

2. Do Step 2-5 above
3. Press enter, type mov (the 3 letter you saw), (The item ID of the item you want)
4. Click somewhere on the inventory
