Here's an alternative AoB for the move speed changer: (Use after you start a battle)

I'd prefer using this AoB instead of the other one because you can change this one whenever you want and to whatever you want. :)
If you want to change it to whatever you want then you should change the type to double and right click it and click show as decimal then you should be able to freely change it to what you please with no trouble at all.
