It Has Begun

I think it does affect the win percentage when attacking other players.
I have a bunch of orbs but they do not seem to have any effect on any of my stats.
 

Orbs earn you points.  It doesn't look like you actually have any orbs.

Oh ok.
I thought the orbs were the special bonus on some kind of tiles.

I guess I should stop to fortify those :)

 

Now it sounds like you're just trying to confuse people.

For anyone reading this crap, Prize Orbs are what you want to hold onto.  They give you points every 15 minutes that you hold onto them.  Landmarks grant you attribute bonuses, so long as you have the appropriate tech that allows you to use that landmark.  For example, Ancient Starship Wreckage grants a 105 Innovation bonus, but you have to be level 74 and have Reverse Engineered Xenotechnology researched first.

You can capture as many landmarks and orbs as you want.  All effects stack.

Our game has been moved to KHWar.com.  You can login using your KongHack username/password, and it will work just fine, but it won't save to the members list on that site.  This way we can keep the Kongregate players separate from our KongHack members.  Being on a different domain, sessions will not transfer, nor will they interfere with you being logged into KH.  It's a benefit all the way around. :)

Multiple people are playing the game just fine right now.  There isn't a "not available" error code...

 

i'm not realy shure if i'm understanding the game.
isn't there a tutorial/FAQ? if so, i'm realy sorry for all this questions.

1) where can i see what exactly are those bonus "montains", what do they exactly do, and what i need to have them active

2) how does the weapons work, how can i see which ones are better

3) how should i decide which tech to research? which atributes are better and which are worst? what are each one used for

4) what is "faces", "bonus", "size penalty", "sqrt" and "max faces"?

5) is the geo eff droping down after 1600 tiles? not shure if i've understood how this one works out. i know u already posted how it works, but i realy didn't understood anything... whould u please explain me?
