Its there a way to activate or make a booster from video bonus longer? or its server sided?

Not even close.  There are plenty of hacks for WebGL games.  It's just a different process to target.  If it's running locally on your PC, shit can be done to it.  If it's stored and validated server side, that's an entirely different story.

I'm new here, anyone can tell me what application should be used for those hacks? 

Wouldnt using Cheat Engine work? it used to have an auto click for whatever your mouse was hovered over.

In Chrome you need to use the inbuilt taskmanager to find the konggames process.
Then you have to convert the id to hex(use calculator for this).
This gives you ther chrome process you have to target.
If this still fails you might need to start chrome with the "--no-sandbox" parameter
