When i try to make a 4b*1 value go negative it only goes higher,

Example: I tried to make 13000 -99999 instead it made it 469505023.

How do i make it negative so that i gain money when buying?

It depends on whether it's being read as a signed or unsigned int.

Signed 4byte int has a range of 0 to 4,294,967,295
Unsigned 4byte int has a range of -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647

Due to the way hexadecimal and signed values work anything above 2,147,483,647 on a 4byte signed int is classed as being negative hence the high values when typing in negatives.

In short:

If it's unsigned lowest you can go is 0
If it's signed the lowest you can go is -2,147,483,648 which will be read as 2,147,483,648.

I think if you clicked that checkbox it will do what you want. You should be able to write -99999 and have it enter -99999
