use 35-40 as max version. Yours is probably some old version like 16

Thanks for the compliment. I've been using this ever so helpful microsoft paint to work out.
And also, thanks again. I tried out your suggestion, it didn't work at first until i redownloaded the whole god damn thing. (which took about 10 seconds.)
