The game: Bubble Spinner
http://apps.facebook.com/mindjolt/games/bubble-spinner.
My score is still there and I'm not banned...YET...Took a stab at trying to find my own AoB's for how its scored. I obviously changed the wrong values and this happened:
"You scored 65558310400 points!
Your high score is 65558310400 points.
Congratulations! You have just set a record for ALL of Facebook!!! "
A high score was my goal, but that's a little ridiculous since you only get 1 point for each ball dropped.
I downloaded the swf, converted it to .fla, dug through some code (not English, Finnish maybe?)...I found the code for the points:
Points = Points + poistettuja * pistekerroin;
The AoB: 96 02 00 08 0F 1C 0C 47
I changed the code to "Points = Points + poistettuja * 200" in the .fla and it worked when i made the swf, the Aob changed to: 96 05 00 07 C8 00 00 00 0C 47
That won't work for the online game because it changes the number of bytes...
I remember reading a tutorial on here about how that line is broken down, 96 being the push, 05 00 being the length, 07 C8 00 00 00 being the parameter with 07 as a datatype and C8 00 00 00 the value.
So I changed the AoB to: 96 02 00 07 10 02 0C 47
That's when I got that crazy score, then remembered that 10 is 0a not 10...changing it to 0a put my score at about 6 million...Messing around I changed the original AoB to: 96 02 00 08 1F 1C 47 and that subtracted 1 point for each ball dropped...changing it to 2F multiplied it by 20,000 I believe.
Changing the code and playing locally is no problem for me. I was hoping that someone could try to explain to me what I did wrong and what the different data types are. 07 - value, 08 variable? I think i'm on the right path and just need the obvious pointed out to me....
Edit: I kept digging though code and found where the "pistekerroin" is pushed, this is the value you get for each ball dropped....
96 07 00 08 0f 07 01 00 00 00
there will be 2 results, highlight both and change the 01 to whatever amount you want each ball to be
