Loved - 15 pts. (new window)
15

"A Man Chooses; a Slave Obeys"

  Reach the end

Game Dscription
I wanted to build something something confrontational, that would engage players to give thought to what they are doing both in and out of game. The result is 'Loved' - a short story in the form of a flash platformer.

Okay, if you can't get the badge for this, you ultimately suck at video games and should just leave Kongregate, uninstall everything, delete system32, throw away your computer, and ask a judge for a permanent life ban on computers because this is just easy, simple and as complicated as You Have to Burn the Rope... you can't even lose in this game (lose, not die); there is no wrong answer choice, and there is no trick/'mind fcku'ing/brick shatting illusion you have to see, no hidden paths you have to take... just run to the end, you don't have to do what the guy tells you (this even makes the game shorter if you don't listen to the voice).

Back to the game's genre:
I love these types of games where it makes you think "Woah, that's deep", etc. etc. As the comments say, they need a new genre for this and other games like it (The Company of Myself, Don't Look Back, etc.). Aside from RTSs & Strategies, this genre is one of my favorites.

Badge:
(15) Beat the game... that's all.

How or why this deserves a medium and not an easy is beyond me and I question Greg's choice.

Pretty awesome game. Love the "feel".

Also play through it once and obey eveyrthing the "voice" tells you.

Then play it again and disobey everything the "voice" tells you.

There are some pretty cool differences.

So...I'm a little girl (broken image removed).

I feel the same though, I like these kind of games, it's nice to have a simple game that makes you feel good for once.

Just so I know, are the only endings:
Long tunnel/walk away ending
Collect the coin/follow instructions route

Playing to many VN is leaving me paranoid about multiple endings. Need to see them all @_@

Same for me, but the game is still way too easy- :
