The money value is easy to find: 4 bytes*8 + 6
Same thing for the stats. If they don't change, exit the level up screen and come back again (max 20 points distributed between 3 stats).

P.S. You defuse all the bombs cutting, guess what?.... the red wire!
        When you find a wounded civilian: cut his leg to gain 100$, kill him to gin 10 xp, ignore him to have nothing.
        When you find a survivor: help him to gain 10 xp, loot him to gain 50$, ignore him to have nothing.    
        When you find a computer: hack it to gain 5 xp and 50$, copy data to gain 10 xp, smash it to gain nothing.
        When you find a camp: divide healing supplies to heal your men (or only one), loot the camp to gain 100$.
