Has anyone faced FPS issue while playing need for speed rivals? 

I have found out the game provider locked down the FPS to 30 and found a fix regarding the issue, that to make a shortcut of the game and put this commandline 

 -GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+

It didn't really worked for me, the game is still sluggish. If anyone has any solution/ fix related to this please feel free to share below. Any kind of help will be well appreciated. Thanks.
