This is just my thoughts and might be wrong...
Magnet Chance: Higher chances to spawn magnet rather than other buffs on game play.

As for the triple jump, I felt the same as you do that it doesn't work or maybe I did something wrong or it might need to be activated somewhere else?!

magnet chance is something i found on the game code (not sure it affect normal play or not but just in case) and it said each stars have they own chance of being pull by magnet, magnet chance set these value to 0 (100% chance to pull the star)
