maxed out red gear, need black gear and cores

Thing is, I really want to get some black gear as i have maxed out my red gear. I also need cores because i am not high enough to get them and i really need them. I am trying to hack myself but i dont have an idea where the drop chances or the weapons are in the code (its all hex now).
Can anyone help me?

Also, I have not gotten an eilte core from a nano even after I unbox a lot of them. Is one of the hacks reducing the core chance to 0?

But I can tell you that you seem to have a wrong idea about nantonium strongboxes. They do not give you elite cores, ever. They might give you black keys, but never elite cores.

Elite cores can be gotten from two sources: Augment XP rewards and Nightmarish Savage Necrosis Elite (not a guaranteed drop in the slightest).

Here is what you need to do, Turn on 100% drop rate and go in to NM map, run around killing monsters and you will be getting plenty of boxes and cores.   I would suggest you go with very prepared team, They will kill the monsters and all you need to do is collect the loot.
